The Three Charites not to be confused with charities - were daughters of Zeus and the Oceanid Eurynome.  Euphrosyne is a Goddess of Joy or Mirth, and the incarnation of grace and beauty. The other two Charites are Thalia (Good Cheer) and Aglaea (Beauty or Splendor).

There are a number of  benefits of Cheerleading including good health and a good mood. This aerobic activity is great for hearts, bones, and muscles. Plus,  cheer-leading requires strength, flexibility, endurance and technique to execute skills used during crowd leading, spirit raising and entertainment. Performing stunts, pyramids, jumps and tumbling are some examples and it is just fun!!
